From Excel to a clear operations portal for logistics and installations
Wellpack Hub is an internal web application for running operations — from taking orders through tracking field installations to reports for management. It replaced scattered spreadsheets with one system the team trusts.
The challenge
Operations ran on spreadsheets and email. Data existed in several versions, only whoever held the file knew the status of an order, and putting together a report meant hours of manual work. As volume grew, it stopped being enough.
The solution
We built one system with roles and permissions where an order is recorded, tracked and closed in one place. Management sees KPIs in real time, the field uploads photo documentation from a phone, and reports export in a single click.
